Overview of Hiring Process

- Step 1: The hiring manager makes the request.
- Step 2: The recruiter posts the opening.
- Step 3: The recruiter is responsible for recruiting candidates.
- Step 4: The hiring manager interviews candidates and makes a selection.
- Step 5: The recruiter makes an offer.
- Step 6: The recruiter completes a background check on the candidate.
- Step 7: The candidate is hired (Moving from Taleo to ACT)
- Step 8: The hiring manager begins the onboarding process.
