If you are on a hospital assignment you will utilize Hospital Kronos to clock in/out each day with your One card badge. Click here for instructions. Your recruiter will let you know if you fall into this category. Your assignment supervisor will show you where the onsite Kronos machine is located within their department.

Setting up parking through UAB Transportation is not required, but highly recommended.
You can set up and cancel parking at any time during your temp assignment.
There is a cost associated with setting up parking through UAB Parking and Transportation. Cost is subject to where you are approved to park. Payment is not eligible for payroll deduct.
Yes, you are eligible to apply to permanent positions while working a temp assignment. If you receive a job offer, you are required to give your current temp assignment a two weeks notice. Please send a copy of your notice to your recruiter in UAB Temporary Services.
If your supervisor determines it's necessary, you can request a badge that gives you access to your building. Your assignment supervisor can send you to the nearest ONE Card office with a completed ONE Card Request Form. Be prepared to turn in your original temp ID badge when you get your new temp ONE Card badge.
