Clinical Data Bundles

The UAB Immunology Institute has partnered with the UAB Department of Biomedical Informatics and Data Science (DBIDS), and the UAB Research and Informatics Service Center (RISC), to streamline the way in which UAB investigators access *clinical data. This clinical data could be used to match biologic samples, to define cohorts for analysis, or to assess the feasibility of a future grant or project. Data includes clinical diagnosis, medications, demographics, lab results among other variables that could be tailored to your research.

*UAB investigators requesting clinical data require approval from the UAB IRB indicating they will be accessing identified or de-identified protected health information.
