Laser Microdissection

• enables users to isolate specific single cells or areas of tissue from sections or live cell culture
• LMD (also known as laser capture microdissection, LCM) isolated samples typically used in genomic, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and next generation sequencing (NGS)
• isolated live cells can be used for cloning or recultivation

Brightfield and Fluorescence (Rho, TxRed, GFP, DAPI) capabilities for cutting and imaging

DFC450C - 5 megapixel RGB CCD

DFC3000G - 1.3 megapixel monochrome sensor for crisp fluorescence imaging

User will need to provide own consumables for sample preparation.
