L to R: Drs. Carter Barnett and Joseph HirstPlease join us in congratulating Carter Barnett, M.D., PGY-3 Resident, on being selected as the 2021-2022 American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Resident Program Delegate. 

Dr. Barnett will serve as the resident representative for the UAB Pediatrics Residency Program. Dr. Barnett has a strong interest in the AAP and child advocacy. Joseph Hirst, M.D., PGY-2 Resident, will serve as the Resident Program Delegate Alternate for this academic year. Congratulations to both for being chosen for this honor!
