Radiology Education & Knowledge Space (REKS):

Considered home base for our residents, the REKS is a private space to relax but can also be a great location to study or work on research. Drinks and snacks are available to the residents and lunch is typically provided in here weekly. Some of the available resources include several computers, a projector, a TV, microwaves, coffee makers, and a refrigerator.

Moonlighting:

The Department of Radiology has a policy outlining moonlighting regulations in the Resident Manual. We allow internal and external moonlighting as outlined in our policy because of the tremendous financial burden facing today's resident but emphasize the need for our residents to have ample time for reading, other Radiology activities, and work-life balance.
