The UAB Division of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology hosts an annual continuing medical education event for area providers to learn the latest updates in rheumatologic conditions and treatment.

2026 Rheumatology Update for Primary Care and Hospital Medicine
These educational sessions are aimed at practicing internists, hospitalists, family physicians, and allied healthcare providers. Medical students, residents, fellows, and APPs are also invited. Faculty in the UAB Division of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology will deliver presentations on the most recent guidelines and recommendations regarding the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatologic and musculoskeletal diseases.
