The annual UAB Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging research Symposia bring together an average of 200 aging scientists and trainees from different parts of the nation, particularly the Southeast. The annual symposia enhance the visibility of our center, foster collaborations with other institutions, and highlight aging research across UAB campus and the nation.
The 2024 UAB Aging Research Symposium will be held on March 11-12, 2024 at the UAB Alumni House.
