SHP Undergraduate Research and Honors Travel Process

Someone from our review team will respond to you in a timely manner once we receive your completed submission AND the signed Mentor Support Letter.

Your mentor will receive an email with your form information and a downloadable/signable (PDF) Mentor Support Letter that they will email back to our team.

Please Note:

Students must have taken at least three (3) HRP credit hours before they are eligible for a travel award.

Students must apply at least two (2) months in advance of their trip - there is also a SHP travel approval form you will fill out at least one (1) month before travel. This form will be sent to students upon approval of funds.
