Academic space reservations for student organizations are requested through the Engage event registration process.
Campus Green
Others (not Student Organizations)
Requests must be submitted two days in advance. Classroom requests will be processed after the semester's last day to add/drop. Weekend classroom requests must be submitted by 11:00am on Friday.
A BlazerID is required to log into either system.

    Yes, because certain spaces are available to students, logging in to the system allows us to identify exactly which spaces are available to you.
  2. Do I need to have my student organization advisor sign a form?
    Depending on the space being reserved, the signature of an organization advisor may be required.
