Symphonic Band Camp
(open to current 7th-12th graders)

This year we are once again offering a residential camp experience (8th-12th grade only) alongside our non-residential option. We are incredibly excited to offer you a comprehensive week-long musical experience right here in our own Magic City. The week of fantastic music-making opportunities includes a full band experience, small ensemble participation, and training in music theory, literature, conducting, music technology, and jazz improvisation. In addition, students will have the opportunity to study privately with members of the UAB Music faculty and perform on a world-class stage. For complete information on the camp view brochure.

- Sunday June 7 - 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday June 8 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday June 9 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday June 10 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday June 11 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday June 12 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday June 13 - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Camp Tuition
- Residential Tuition (Grades 8-12 only): $500.00 if registered before April 27. $550.00 after this date.
- NO residential applications after May 11, 2026.
- Commuter Tuition: $375.00 if submitted before April 27, $425.00 after this date.
- NO commuter applications after May 23, 2026.
Note: When students register, list their current grade as of Spring 2026, NOT the grade they are entering into for Fall 2026.
