Geocoding patient data using the World Geocoding Service (the default geocoder in ArcGIS Pro as well as AGOL) is not HIPAA compliant. Patient data can be geocoded behind the UAB firewall with StreetMap Premium, a dataset of nationwide street networks. StreetMap Premium is installed on a desktop in BDB 850N and is available to anyone with a reservation.
