How to use

It is only possible to use one alert per page. This is a custom module and is not installed on sites by default. If it is not already installed on your site, you can request it. The module should be named "Alert" and be placed in a hidden position called "unitalert". This position is not available via the dropdown and must be typed into the position field. This module is not designed to be used in other template positions.

Background Color

The color of the alert can either be light campus green or light smoke gray.

Title (optional)

The title that will be bolded and uppcase next to the description. The title has a max character count of 30.

Description

The message you want displayed to the users. The description has a max character count of 100.

More Info (optional)

You have the option to link to additional information about your alert. This can link to a page on your website, an external website, or in a modal.

More Info Link Title

The title of the link for users to access additional information. Examples: More details, Read more, Learn more, View deadlines, etc. The more info link title has a max character count of 30.

URL

If linking to an internal or external website for more info, the url of the website.

Modal

The content you want to appear in the modal popup.

Sticky

The modal has the option to be sticky (stick to the top of the page as the user scrolls). The modal is only sticky on desktop and tablet, not on mobile for space reasons.
