Jose Tron is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He received his Master of Arts and Sciences in Clinical Mental Health from UAB. He is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Jose previously worked for a local non-profit as a therapist and Out Patient Coordinator.
He works with individuals, families, and couples, in areas such as depression, grief, anxiety, anger control, stress management, work-life balance, and relationship issues. He utilizes a collaborative and holistic approach to counseling. He mainly uses cognitive behavioral therapy approach to assist clients in achieving their goals.
