As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve the health of our faculty and staff, UAB is pleased to offer this new health screening initiative designed to improve overall employee health risk and reward faculty and staff based on improved or maintained health risk levels.
Join us every Tuesday in May from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. in the WP Atrium for zumba and walking to and from Railroad Park (if inclement weather, we will walk the indoor UAB Trails). *First 200 participants will receive a pedometer to calculate each step. View more information here.

Scale Back Alabama is a 10-week program to encourage Alabamians to lose weight and exercise more. The goal is to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. This is a state-wide program that UAB is participating in, so you can view the official site at www.scalebackalabama.com.
