UAB Walking Trails
The UAB Walking Trails make it simple for UAB employees, students and visitors to exercise regularly within the workplace. The trails feature eight routes offering a variety of distances all over the medical and academic campus that make it convenient for steppers to walk at work (rain or shine).

The trails can be viewed on a specialized Google Map, created by the UAB Reporter with help from the Office of Risk Management and the Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts.
