• Check with Marketing & Communications to make sure the photographer you wish to hire is on the approved freelance list.
• All photographers must sign a Vendor Disclosure Form and a Master Services Agreement.

Hiring a Videographer

• You must fill out the Marketing Approval Form.
• Check with Marketing & Communications to make sure the videographer you wish to hire is on the approved freelance list.
• Freelance videographers must sign a Fee for Service/Works for Hire form that gives UAB ownership of all assets created.
