Free parking is available for patients who have an appointment at the Clinic. The main lot is directly in front of the building and can be accessed via 5th Avenue South.

Reception Desk Procedures

When you arrive for your appointment, please notify the receptionist. It is very important that we always have your current address and telephone number on file.

Your first name will be called when it is time for you to go into the examination area of the Clinic. If you should leave the waiting room, please let the receptionist know that you are stepping out for a few minutes and will be right back.
