We are located on the 2nd floor of the UAB 1917 Clinic at Dewberry Building at 3220 5th Ave South Birmingham AL 35222. There are convenient drop-off and pick-up windows to serve you.
Payments and Insurance
Most major insurance is accepted. Please be sure to bring your insurance and Ryan White card with you when picking up prescriptions. You may pay with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. If you have financial need, the Social Services department will work with the Pharmacy to meet all medication requirements.
