Girls on the Run is a powerful and highly successful character development program offered after school with lessons that encourage positive emotional, social, mental, and physical development. Physical activity is woven into the program to inspire an appreciation of fitness and to build habits that lead to a lifetime of health. The 10-week course concludes with a celebratory 5K run.
