“We are excited to once again collaborate with University Recreation for Employee Wellness Appreciation Month,” said Employee Wellness Manager Emily Davidson. “This initiative aims to boost our employees’ well-being by encouraging regular physical activity, which plays a vital role in promoting overall health.”

Visit the University Recreation website to register for Employee Wellness Appreciation Month. Employees who have never visited the Campus Recreation Center will be required to fill out a liability waiver form on their first visit.

Employee Wellness Appreciation Month kicks off Employee Wellness’ annual Summer of Wellness initiative. Visit throughout the summer for more wellness opportunities and resources, including the My Health Rewards Hydration Challenge starting June 5.
