10th Avenue South closing for Crawfish Boil April 17

Both lanes of 10th Avenue South next to the Campus Green will be closed starting at midnight April 17 and continuing until 9 p.m. to accommodate the annual Blazer State Fair and Crawfish Boil event.

File annual ethics report by April 30

UAB employees who meet a salary threshold of $106,000, whose job includes purchasing or procurement authority, or meet other requirements are required to complete an annual Statement of Economic Interests Form.

Microsoft Copilot availability has changed

Microsoft has limited in-app Copilot access in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote to users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Employees who need this functionality can request a license through the IT Service Portal for a fee.
