New Space Request Form

Space is an important and valuable resource at the UAB School of Health Professions that helps us deliver our mission and serve our students. We currently offer office and lab space in the School of Health Professions Building (SHPB), the Susan Mott Webb Nutrition Sciences Building (WEBB), the Center For Biophysical Sciences and Engineering (CBSE) and the Wellness, Health And Research Facility (WHARF).

Our space is allocated to best serve the needs of the entire school, thus space will be re-allocated at the school-level. All space requests will be submitted using the form below and will be reviewed by the SHP Space Committee and the Dean's Executive Leadership Team.
