Make a direct, positive impact on the professional development of a UAB student by allowing then to shadow someone at your organization for a day as a apart of our job shadowing program. In doing so, you’ll identify talent and increase your organization’s exposure to the university.

This an excellent recruitment tool to build your brand and interact with students as the engage in their daily activities. Tabling provides you with the opportunity to meet hundreds of students without them having to pre-register or relocate. Bring your SWAG and have fun !

This intimate setting with select students will allow UAB candidates interested in your open position to learn from you and ask the questions they really want to know. This is a great way to determine fit and familiarize yourself with potential candidates before moving towards a formal interview.
