Whether you're dealing with stress or relationship issues, managing overwhelm and other difficult emotions, or want to learn how to create calm in your life through mindfulness practices, these workshops offer tools you can use right away.

Feel It, Face It, Own It: Skills for Managing Emotions

This workshop helps students build emotional awareness and regulation skills by exploring how emotions function as signals and learning practical strategies to stay grounded and respond effectively. Participants will leave with tools they can use to manage emotions with confidence and clarity.

Control the Controllables: Skills for Stress Management

In this interactive session, students will learn how to identify stressors and apply evidence-based strategies to manage stress and support self-care. The workshop emphasizes practical tools for navigating everyday challenges with greater resilience and control.

From Conflict to Connection: Skills for Relationships that Work

Focused on improving communication and relationship effectiveness, this workshop teaches DBT-based strategies for navigating conflict and building stronger connections. Students will reflect on their own communication patterns and practice skills to foster healthier interactions.

In this interactive workshop students will learn practical strategies to build meaningful connections, strengthen friendships, and create a sense of belonging in college life. Participants will leave with actionable tips and a plan to build connections and relationships.

Pause and Reset: Skills for Mindfulness

This hands-on workshop introduces students to mindfulness and grounding techniques that promote calm, focus, and emotional well-being. Participants will explore simple practices they can integrate into daily life to reconnect with the present moment and reduce stress.
