UAB Honors Week: March 25-31, 2017

Saturday, March 25th

  • UA System Honors Research Conference, hosted by UAB Honors College, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Hill Student Center Ballroom/Heritage Hall
  • Collat School of Business - week long series of school website & media postings featuring class of 2017 cohort of Collat School of Business Honors Program updated daily
  • The School of Education will be doing a series of media postings during UAB Honors Week.

Monday, March 27th

  • Fellowships Luncheon, hosted by the UAB Honors College - 12:00 - 2:00 pm - Hill Student Center Ballrooms C&D
  • The School of Dentistry – Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) – Honorary Dental Society members for the Class of 2017 – Posted on school media sites throughout UAB Honors Week.
  • The Department of Justice Sciences Honors Meet and Greet with a presentation from a student doing an honors thesis – 2:30 – 5:30 pm – HSC Meeting Room 203
  • Sigma Delta Pi Ceremony – Spencer Honors House – 7:00 pm

Tuesday, March 28th

  • Phi Kappa Phi Induction Ceremony, hosted by the Graduate School, 10:00am, Hill Student Center
  • School of Health Professions - Undergraduate Honors Program, 4-5pm, Location TBD
  • School of Engineering – Order of the Engineer Ceremony & Senior Convocation, 5:30pm, UAB Alumni House. Reception following the program.

Wednesday, March 29th

Friday, March 31st
