Employees and Students
Free flu shots for all UAB employees will be available at Margaret Cameron Spain Auditorium beginning Oct. 3, according to the schedule listed below. No appointments are necessary; bring your ONE Card. Please wear a mask to this location to receive your flu shot.
- Monday-Friday: 6:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday: 7 a.m.-3 p.m. (Oct. 9, 23 and 30)
UAB employees and dependents covered on a UAB medical plan may get a flu shot at no cost through a participating pharmacy. This includes Express Scripts’ entire pharmacy network of both large and small providers nationwide. Other community locations and physician offices providing flu shots may require a copay.
UAB Medicine flu vaccine requirement
All UAB Medicine employees are required to get their flu shot and submit proof to Employee Health. For faster processing, fill out the Flu Consent Form below and bring with you when you get your flu shot.
