Academic Transcripts
A transcript is a complete and official listing of the classes you have taken and the grades you received. You may need your UAB transcript if you are applying to graduate or professional schools, transferring to another institution, or applying for a job.
Change of Graduation Date
If you do not meet your degree requirements by the time of your expected graduation date, you will need to change your graduation date.

Visit the Commencement website to learn additional information about ceremonies, requirements, and procedures for graduation.
Degree Application
You should file the Application for Degree at least six months before completing work for a baccalaureate degree. Before completing the online application, you should consult with your academic advisor to verify which courses are needed to complete your degree requirements.
Diploma Replacement
If you need a replacement diploma or an additional copy of your diploma, please click the appropriate link below and submit the request form to the indicated office on the form along with a check or receipt of payment.

Students can review their degree progress online at their convenience with the Graduation Planning System (GPS).
