Academic schedules and calendars differ across cultures. In order to accommodate for this, UAB’s English Language Programs is opening an 8-week intensive English session every fall in October. The 8-Week English Program at INTO UAB offers full-time English language study for students who wish to get a jump-start on their Spring studies. This program applies to students who wish to quickly improve their academic, professional, or general English skills. It offers excellent preparation for students who are planning to enter an INTO UAB Pathway or UAB undergraduate or graduate study. Students who wish to study full-time can receive support in the application process for an F-1 student visa.
