The purpose of this committee is to provide executive-level oversight to guide and define the scope, implementation, communication, and recommendations on a plan of action to address Engagement Survey results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide a strategic review of the survey design and recommend changes
• Approve, prioritize, and monitor project scope and schedules, as well as changes to these items
• Ensure that critical stakeholders get regular communication updates before, during, and after the survey
• Address project risks and issues that require internal executive-level decisions
