Marilyn R. Gossman Endowed Lecture

Marilyn Gossman, PT, Ph.D., FAPTA, who served as UAB PT chair for more than 30 years, believed the pursuit of knowledge does not end at graduation.
Her legacy of excellence, education and innovation is honored every year through this lecture in her name.
The 2022 speaker is Sharon Dunn, PT, PhD, APTA Immediate Past President She is also dean of the LSU Shreveport School of Allied Health Professions and a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy, who has served in leadership roles across campus, her state, and the U.S.
The lecture will take place from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Hill Center and online (Zoom details shared once you RSVP).
