Brian Rabon began the IEM program at UAB as a software developer with a 6-figure salary and the idea that a masters degree would help him become a better developer. The “Me, Inc.” exercise in IEM set Brian on a new path of refocusing, identifying, outlining and plotting his passions and next plans in life. Brian founded Braintrust Consulting Group and within five years was able to surpass the income of his corporate executive job while now doing what he absolutely loves.
