"When I first thought about a graduate degree, I was sure it would take too much time. Even though IEM’s degree track offered the flexible time schedule of one weekend a month for 22 months, I had a full-time job and a family to consider. Looking back now as an IEM graduate, I only have one message for anyone considering IEM: You have the time. Even while earning an Executive Engineering Master’s degree from UAB, I never missed an important meeting or family gathering — including my kid’s sports events."
