UAB Experiential Learning Stipend
This Experiential Learning stipend is still available to students who have been awarded the UAB Presidential Scholarship for National Merit Finalists or National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars who entered UAB in Fall 2021 or earlier!
However, beginning Fall 2022 and later, the $2,500 Experiential Learning stipend will only be offered to Regions Academic Scholarship, Charles William Ireland Presidential Honors Scholarship, and McCallum Presidential Scholarship recipients (the top three awards for in-state, entering freshman). A maximum total of 3 stipends will be awarded to each entering freshman cohort.
You must complete the appropriate scholarship paperwork and the form to receive this award.
