The catering kitchen is located on the first floor. It features include an ice machine, refrigerator, counter space, prep sink, and handwashing sink.
Delivery
Food deliveries should be brought to the 7th Avenue South entrance between 20th & 19th Street South across from the UAB School of Dentistry. Drop off only - no parking available.
Catering Guidelines
- Food may be catered by any vendor. However, any open food such as a buffet must be staffed and only set up while serving. After serving, extra food may be packed and stored in the catering kitchen until the end of the event.
- Extra tables for food may be requested ahead of time.
- A table inside the reserved conference room may be requested to place sealed drinks/snacks during use of the space. However, no unattended open food may be left out.
- Alcohol must be provided and served by one of our preferred caterers, and only served after 4 p.m. UAB’s policy and procedures must be followed. Selling of alcohol (cash bar) in our facility is prohibited by State law. Pre-approval by the Office of the

Water
Blazer Water by the case can be added to your reservation. Each case includes 24 20oz bottles and costs $13.
