Hours
Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Availability outside of these hours is subject to pre-approval and staff availability.
Access to the building requires a valid UAB One Card.
Reservations
Space is reserved on a first-come basis and is confirmed once a signed facility use agreement is completed by the entity requesting space and accepted by the director of the conference center.
Reservations should be made 30 days prior to the event. Requests after this deadline will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
