1. Eligibility and priority for use of Heersink Conference Center: Use of this facility is limited to official activities or events held by UAB, UAB Medicine, or UAB Health System or affiliates.
2. Availability of Conference Rooms: Space is reserved on a first-come basis and is confirmed once a signed facility use agreement is completed by the entity requesting space and accepted by the director of the conference center.
3. Reserving a Conference Room: Fill out a request form. We will contact you within 48 business hours to notify you of availability and send a facilities use agreement to be signed.
4. Recurring Reservations: These reservations will be reassessed every fiscal year and are not confirmed past the current fiscal year.
