Examples of services tailored for your needs include:
- Team Development: Increase your team’s productivity and positivity with customized programs and data-driven assessments that can be used at retreats or on an as-needed basis. Some examples of assessments that we use are DISC Behavioral Styles, Strengths Finder, Emotional Intelligence. Fees may apply.
- Customized Skills Workshops: Learning sessions focused on your needs and outcomes.
- Focus Groups: Get actionable feedback with our focus group facilitation.

Leadership is how we turn vision into reality by influencing others. Everyone can lead regardless of position or title. Leading at all Levels is a three-part series that addresses the essentials of leadership and is intended for everyone — from one who aspires to a position of greater responsibility, to seasoned professionals currently in a formal leadership role. The workshop sequence and topics covered include self-awareness, UAB’s leadership expectations and leadership communication.
