Natalie Twelkemeier enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and approaches counseling with an integrative, multi‑modal style to meet clients exactly where they are. Her work centers on collaboration, cultural humility, and helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change. She supports individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, self‑esteem concerns, stress management, life transitions, and grief and loss. She has additional training in crisis response, Lifespan Integration (LI), EMDR, as well as CBT and brief therapeutic interventions. Natalie is affirming of all identities and orientations and is committed to helping clients identify strengths, build coping strategies, and address personal or work‑related challenges in a confidential, supportive environment.

Before joining the EACC, Natalie lived abroad in Asia for nearly a decade, an experience that deepened her appreciation for cultural sensitivity and global perspectives. After returning to the U.S., she served as an educator at UAB, working closely with international students across a wide range of language and academic backgrounds.

Natalie is dedicated to fostering a welcoming space where employees can seek guidance, regain balance, and strengthen their overall well‑being.
