The Department of Medicine is delighted to celebrate Aquila Brown-Galvan, Program Director II in the Division of Preventive Medicine, as the Winter 2022 recipient of the DOM STAR Award for Staff Excellence. Effective February 1, Andrea Cherrington, M.D., MPH, (Professor, Preventive Medicine) will serve as interim division director to provide stable, collaborative leadership while the DOM completes the national search for a permanent director.
