First Impact
The First Impact Program, established in 2019, is designed to provide leadership opportunities for new freshman and new transfer students. This program is sponsored by the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership. Students selected for this program will build peer relationships, learn about campus resources and involvement opportunities, develop basic leadership skills, and be mentored by executive leaders of 4 SIL student organizations.
