Summer Percussion Camp
We have expanded our Summer Percussion camp offerings to include a 4-day mallet keyboard clinic, which will focus on 4-mallet technique on marimba. Other topics to include two-mallet playing, vibraphone, chorale style playing, and composition. We will again offer our successful "Chop Shop" - now a 3-day intensive focus on marching snare and tenor drumming, perfect to get your chops in shape for the upcoming marching season!

At UAB, we are extremely fortunate to have access to a world-class performing arts center, the Alys Stephens Center. Not only is the Jemison Concert Hall the "home base" of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, but the ASC also brings their own series of internationally-known guest artists and concerts to our campus every year, making access to the best musicians in the world literally just around the corner!
