Marching DrumlineThe UAB Marching Drumline serves as an integral unit of the UAB Marching Blazers, performing at all home football games as well as several exhibitions and away games during the fall semester. In the past, the UAB Indoor Drumline competed in the PASIC College Marching Drumline Competition 3 times, placing 2nd in 1999. In 2015, the Marching Blazers performed all over the south, in an exhibition for the BOA Super-Regional in Indianapolis, and at Disney World. Continuing their regional performances in 2016 led to the return of football in 2017...it was an incredible time!!!

Marching Blazers supporting UAB Football

  • In 2019, we traveled to Boca Raton for the C-USA Championship game and also to New Orleans for the New Orleans Bowl.
  • In 2020, we captured yet another C-USA Championship.
