The Bachelor of Science degree programs in Biomedical, Civil, Electrical, Materials, and Mechanical Engineering in the UAB School of Engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org. The Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree program in Engineering Design will seek accreditation from the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET as soon as it is eligible to do so.
