Create a Blazer ID
Visit BlazerID Central to create your BlazerID and password. You will be eligible to establish your BlazerID and password one day after your admission date which appears on the top of your admission letter.
B-Alert at UAB
Complete the B-Alert Information Form. You will need your BlazerID and password to access this form.
Immunizations
