Dr. Farah Lubin has been invited to serve on the Clinical Neuroplasticity and Neurotransmitters Study Section, Center for Scientific Review. Study Sections review grant applications submitted to the NIH. Recommendations are made based on the completed reviews.  The group will also monitor progress of each of the funded projects.

The six-year commitment will begin July 1, 2018 and will require dedication from Dr. Lubin as she balances her time away from her lab while attending the sessions.

Being nominated to serve is an honor as only those who have demonstrated competence and achievement in their respective fields are invited. Membership requires a major commitment of professional time and energy and only those with outstanding credentials and scientific achievements are invited to participate.
