Biography

Dr. Kristen Wong is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her residency in general surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York City, where she was the Administrative Chief Resident of her program. Following her residency, Dr. Wong completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

Dr. Wong’s clinical interests include minimally invasive, bariatric and foregut surgery.

She is a member of the Society of Academic Asian Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the Association of Women Surgeons.
