January 19, 2001 BIRMINGHAM, AL — Reba Belcher, currently vice president of human resources at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, S.C., has been named director of compensation and benefits at UAB, effective February 1. A graduate of UAB and Birmingham Southern College, Belcher also has worked with The Children’s Hospital of Alabama and AmSouth Bank.
