2018 Accomplishments

The Staff Development Committee members hosted the second annual Taking Charge of your Career panel Discussion in February. This was the first of a three-part series. Part Two of the series, Mapping Your Career, will be hosted on Tuesday, April 23. The panel discussion was well-received, and going forward, we will plan to schedule as least two panel discussions per year.

The committee is also in the process of researching a UAB staff ombudsperson. We are planning to have a suitable description of this position soon.2018 accomplishments: The Staff Development Committee members hosted the second annual Taking Charge of your Career panel Discussion in February.
