Blazers@BHM

Blazers@BHM is an immersive pre-semester experience designed to help first-year students start their UAB journey with confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. This multi-day program takes place just before the start of the fall semester and introduces students to the campus, the Birmingham community, and the resources that support student success.

The Blazers@BHM program will be held from Wednesday, August 19, to Sunday, August 23.

Participants move into their residence halls early (if living on campus), connect with a small peer group, and build relationships with trained upperclass mentors who help guide them through their first year at UAB.

The registration application for Blazers@BHM is open.

All applications are due August 2.
